Are you an IRS-qualified appraiser?

Bidders participate nationwide while items are managed onsite in Central Florida.
What is senior move management?
Senior move management is a coordinated service that helps older adults and their families downsize, relocate, and reorganize. Our move managers — working to NAPO and NASSAM standards — handle room-by-room sorting, decluttering, donation management, packing, labeling, unpacking, and space planning, bringing order and peace of mind to every project.

Yes. We have specialized expertise in firearms and collectibles, jewelry and watches, and precious metals — including melt value calculations. These categories are appraised using the appropriate standard of value for the intended use.
Do you offer virtual or photo-based appraisals?
Yes. In addition to onsite examinations nationwide, we offer virtual appraisals via guided live video walkthroughs and photo-based appraisals where clients submit detailed photographs. These options are ideal for remote clients and time-sensitive situations.
